I know they kick a**! don't like 'em? it's okay. :P I'm also a K-Pop addict. and thanks to me being a BOF addict leading me into a K-Pop addict. (what? here's how it goes: xD
select the magic wand tool
then click the white part of the image.
then right click > invert selection.
then go to selection > expand,
then but the number of how much you would like to expand
(usually 1 to 6) x3
then go to edit > stroke and fill
in the stroke option put any color
and choose the number of width. ^^
